Soul Talks
for communities & teams
Soul talks invite for a deeper reflection of the values that are alive in your community. They are built on the integrity questionnaire that is at the heart of my initiative Integrity For Future. They open the possibility to reunion as the overall tribe of 8 billion people, to sense and feel part of the community of our species.
To go through the questionnaire and to find your own answer to questions that are relevant for our self-understanding as human beings is a deep journey. In a Soul Talk the original setting of a 1:1 interview will be expended to a mutual group process. It allows for the individual perspectives to merge with the collective knowing that is present in the relationships. With the learning that comes with it possibilities are opening up, making the painful compromises how we know them unnecessary.
To be included in the process of active research on new circle cultures that re-align us with the regenerative impulse of life can be a powerful healing experience and will for sure strengthen the trust and the depth of relationships in the group.
Warm Data Lab
transcontextual learning
What is “success” in an ever changing world? Family? How do we respond to the world’s complex challenges when they’re increasingly being viewed through a lens of “cold data” removed from context and fed into artificial intelligence systems? Warm Data Labs are living kaleidoscopes of conversation which assist individuals and groups in stitching back together the fabric of their interweaving contexts, enhancing their ability to perceive, discuss, and respond to complex or “wicked” challenges in their personal lives and in the world at large.
The format is simple and open to all, having helped participants ranging from schoolchildren and grandmothers to representatives from NASA and the United Nations to break through old scripts and to broaden horizons for what was thought possible.
Gathering a group in a Warm Data Lab is a way to gather in the richness of the relational realm, unleashing the pearls of the transcontextual nature of life, nourishing depth and meaning within the community and beyond – coming as an invitation to everyone to meet in full humanness.
Gap Lounge
master tool for innovation
Life is a deep rhythm of resting & thriving. Pausing is immanent to nature. It is the time of digestion, contemplation and possible emergence out of the non-visible, not yet-there. In the urgencies of our daily lives, especially with the pressure that comes with the many faces of crisis we meet we tend to fall into activism. In search for “solutions” to problems we deprive us from the source of creativity and innovation – which is the pressure-less space of pausing.
It is in the pauses that new inner connections can be made. The natural combining of pieces that are alive in us will lead to insights that include both sides of our brain and our whole body and soul.
The explicit invitation to share the open questions that we don’t have an answer to – expressed in a light atmosphere where we can lean back and breathe out – allows our nervous system to uncouple from the stress of our roles and the expectations that come with it.
The acknowledgment that I don’t know when I should know opens up the possibility for the new to emerge amongst and strengthens the trust that is possible in our community.

The diverse concrete ways of gathering described above are accomplished by a series of soft inputs that naturally come with my presence and will organically be interwoven on the go.
I SEE YOU: the formats described on this page are accompanied by an “offer” that is less easy to put in words while being essentially relevant to our work. My simple presence will make all the difference. I have a special gift of seeing which allows for the unseen things that got stuck to emerge naturally. Where life was holding back things start to move again.
THE CREATION OF SACRED SPACES: Every place where humans are gathering regularly should include a space where the place and the manifold relationships that are embedding us in the ever present stream of life itself can be honoured. It is a space where people can pause, where they can bring their open questions and where they can connect to beauty. It can be unspectacular. The fact that it exists will make a difference that you can sense. I am helping you to find the place. Together we will design it in a way that feels “just right”.
TRAUMA KNOWLEDGE: there are things that you don’t learn in school and sometimes also not in life. A basic understanding of the functioning of our nervous system, of our need to belong and of the spiritual dimension that is essential to a human existence will provide you with an orienting compass that can help you navigate every future experience, whether known or unknown. We will find a way to integrate snippets of this knowledge in our together-time.

“Future constellations work” is a creative ritual to re-connect you with your deepest resources. My husband Henrik Langholf and I co-created this special compact workshop format that includes elements of a new form of constellation work to create a space from where new insights can arise.
What future do you want to shape, with a view to your life, your organization, the bigger picture? What dynamics, what limits and what possibilities would you like to understand more deeply? What are the questions that connect us “in times like these” and how do we move forward with them?
In everyday life, we are often trapped in a rather linear idea of our personal, organizational or social future. Future constellations are going beyond the dystopian scenarios that might arise from that in this time of meta-crisis.
We use meditation, journaling and dialog to find the burning questions that are currently alive. All future questions contain various “system elements” that can be set up with representatives. Visions, values, places, “the unknown that helps” or “the unknown that blocks” and much more can be set up. From this initial visualization of the relationships between the elements that play a role in the desired future, insights, dialogues and movements emerge “all by themselves”.
In our co-hosting Henrik offers his decades long experience in facilitating future oriented corporate group processes while I, being highly skilled in going through possibly challenging phases of uncertainty immanent to change, I am fearlessly inviting the quality of depth.

Regen Design
shifting the paradigm towards life
REGENERATIVE PRINCIPLES OF LIFE: as we embark from a very destructive period in our human existence on Earth it isn’t enough to design the new culture of care we would like to live in. Our engagement must include the dimension of repair. Designing as nature means to open for us the possibility of regeneration – a basic function inherent to life.
Regeneration is not only relevant in regard to agriculture, nature and our soil. It will be a path to walk to access it in the contexts of our social structures that hold a special amount of separation and violation of life such as our economic system, education, or tech to just name a few.
Through my studies I gained a basic understanding of the principles of regeneration that I am happy to share. Beyond that I am connected to a network of people who are doing great work in that field. I am looking forward to bring them in to support you in your process of re-aligning with the basic principles of life to thrive. Active partners are Jessica Groopman and Danielle Lanyard from the Regenerative Tech Project and John Fullerton, innovator in Regenerative Economics and founder of the Capital Institute– together with a global ecology of change makers.
John Fullerton is pointing to 8 principles that are at the base of a regenerative system. It is a helpful compass to start to re-think and possibly re-design the structure of your own enterprise, organisation, institution.
The big paradigm shift will be to act in alignment with and in service to life, an endavor that won’t work as a simple “application” of principles which again would be a reflection of the mechanistic world view that is at the root of our predicament. It will have to include our whole being. The integration on the psychological level of the paradigm shift is what TOWARDS soul integrity is here for.
