Whether we decide to become a parent, to found our own company, or to hold a leading position in politics – we are following the call to exercise influence in the world and to engage in the field of our choice in full accordance with our values.
If you commit yourself to a great cause you must have a special strength to not get caught in the dynamics of outer pressure, limiting structures and the every present pull into polarization. What is a reliable foundation from where we can contribute to the thriving of our communities and our world?
The secret is as simple as powerful. It lays in the full acknowledgement of our humanness which includes the GOLDEN TRIANGLE of the tissue we are made of:
a sensitive nervous system that seeks for safety, the wish to belong and to relate deeply to others and an inner drive to become what you are meant to be, a knowing which is written in your soul.
It is a delicate shift from MATURING to ENGAGING, for us as individuals, as groups and as a species. Conditions are needed in which we can experience both, our magnificence and our failing, we will need safe and flexible enough structures that allow for trust to emerge.
Stepping into a regenerative way of living will inevitably bring to light the destructive nature of the systems we hitherto built and we will meet layers of shame. The discomfort that usually comes with this feeling is often the great hinderer to go further. But this treshhold is a natural part of the necessary course correction. If we can stay present in it it will release its precious gift of a reunion with life itself. The door to a new relating in awe and care will open.
It will become natural to us to build places that remind us of the sacredness of life – and to implement them into the manifold contexts we live in. We will also develop an understanding that we must gift ourselves into the repair of broken relationships where we become aware of them and where it is needed. Even though highly rewarding and healing, this is not an easy path to walk. Energetically highly loaded feelings such as shame, fear or guilt will come along. They will turn out to be true power banks if we are able to include them.

How to engage in a broken world? Where to start when the structures at hand are the very ones that led into todays predicament? Why not start with a new understanding of what makes a community? My work includes all kind of ventures where people are gathering around a case.
A neighbourhood, a private initiative, a work place, an organisation, a political party, an enterprise, a municipality are made up by people. These are the spaces where our humanness counts most. In order to keep our societies and the structures we give ourselves warm and ALIVE.

In the interplay of source, shelter and space – the ecology where the innovative impulse can grow – the importance of the source shouldn’t be underestimated. It is the place where the divine spark of inspiration meets the potentiality of manifestation. If it is deeply rooted in the souls mission of a human being it can unfold a strength one can trust.
Having spent many years in business as a project leader, I am familiar with the tendency to decouple our activities in the work context from the nature of our own being. But every millimetre of forced strength robs us of our power.
When we deny even one of our human aspects, we betray our own nature. The maturity of you as the leader will shape what will become possible for the whole undertaking. What you surely no longer wish to betray is your deep caring for the world. The healing of the hidden places within you where the trust has been broken will define the way you can resonate with life. You will no longer accept any compromise between your inner values and the external constraints of reality.
Where to start when the structures at hand are the very ones that led into todays predicament of mutual mistrust, disempowerment and exploitation? Obviously we will have to dive deeper. It is not about change. It is about a paradigm shift. Which will come in the form of manifold shifts in our perception.
Why not start the revolution with the most painful artificial separation that is so omni-alive in the social structures we rely on. The separation made of artificial roles in artificial contexts and our human essence.

The art of pearl diving
The change we are longing for will not be a solution to a problem but rather a paradigm shift. A shift that allows a change in our perception. As long as diversity is experienced as a thread to our own existence we are still in survival mode – which is always an invitation to manage it with measures of control. Yes, a certain sense of safety is important in order for a human being to be creative. What if there is another safety available to us, just in hands or hearts reach? A safety rooted in the very diversity that was so threatening before?
The first step into the necessary revolution will be a bridging. A bridging between the way how nature works and the way how people think. Our engagement will fail if its aim is “fixing”. The idea to fix something origins in the same mechanistic world view that lead us into todays crisis. Nature provides us with another possibility. The very nature of nature is the inherent knowing about re-generation. The forms are always re-shaping and shifting, life responding to the different circumstances it is exposed to. The correspondence in the human realm is care.
The paradigm shift is happening somewhere within the difference between fixing and repair. At the core of repair is care. A regenerative approach to life is based on the care that is rooted in our human DNA. It is unbreakable and will always respond to the right conditions to become accessible again when “lost in transition”.
Before content it is about the ways how we gather. Rules that apply to the individual can also be applied to the project as a whole. The ability to create coherence in the nervous system and integrity in relationships serves all systems.

Who do we want to be as humanity? And what is ours as a community in it to do? These questions and the opening to the diversity of voices responding to them is our “Golden Key” to move through the subtle layers of turbulent feelings such as shame, guilt or sadness that might be released while coming home into our human essence.

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
These processes can be combined with a little bit of an educational input on the functioning of our human nervous systems and the basic regenerative principles of life.
It can be planed beforehand as a small workshop and it might emerge naturally as a snippet of spontaneous knowledge transfer in our together-time. This is where my presence makes a difference.

Soul integrity is much more than a nice add-on. It is a powerful resource on our way into the new. The basic principles that helped us in our maturing will apply to the way we think of our engagement in the world. A self regulating nervous system, the capability to engage in meaningful relationships and the honouring of our inherent spiritual nature as a human being are the foundation for how we design our communities. Together we will be diving for light.
A business/ community/ venture of the future will be characterised by being trauma informed, regenerative and world aware. The formats mentioned above will create the conditions for these qualities to emerge.
Where needed they will be supplemented by the contribution of partners that are experts in their fields such as process facilitation, the building of group coherence or different approaches of regenerative economy and design.
A WORD ON SAFETY: we are living in uncertain times. A rather limiting response to inner and outer uncertainties is our effort to bring things under control with the attempt to manage them. A simple basic knowledge about the energy laws in our human nervous system which can also be transferred to larger systems will give you access to another form of safety which is much more reliable and gives space to creativity and innovation.
Providing you with a fundamental understanding of these maps in your team opens up entirely new possibilities.
